Terms of Service

ResumeFire is a subscription service that uses AI to tailor your resume and write cover letters based on job descriptions you provide. Output is generated by a large language model — always review documents before sending them to an employer.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account, and you're responsible for activity that happens under it. One account is for one person — Team plan seats are managed separately.

Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The Starter plan includes 10 generations per calendar month. Unused generations don't roll over.

If you're unhappy within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full refund.

Don't use ResumeFire to create misleading or fraudulent application materials, to violate any law, or to abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping, reselling output at scale, or circumventing plan limits). We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

You own the resumes and job descriptions you provide and the documents generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and store that content in order to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

ResumeFire is provided "as is." We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular ATS outcome — keyword match scores are an estimate, not a promise. AI output can contain mistakes; you are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
